We ship nationwide from our Dhaka studio. Standard delivery is free on orders over ৳3,000.

Not the right match for your skin? Return any product within 30 days, even if opened. Email us and we arrange courier pickup; refunds land within 5 working days.
How to start a return
- 1. Email hello@serumion.com with your SRM- order number.
- 2. Keep the product and outer box ready for pickup.
- 3. We collect within 48 hours in Dhaka, 3–5 days elsewhere.
- 4. Refund to your bKash/Nagad wallet or original card.
